Wisly Desire is currently an Offensive Analyst at Texas A&M working with the offensive line.
Prior to Texas A&M, Desire spent the 2023 season as Quality Control Analyst - Assistant Offensive Line at the University of South Florida.
Desire joined the Lehigh football coaching staff in the spring of 2022 coaching the Tight Ends. Desire comes to Lehigh after spending the 2021 season as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Tusculum University.
Prior to Tusculum, Desire spent two seasons on head coach Butch Davis’ staff at Florida International University, where he worked with the offensive line during the 2020 season . In 2019, Desire worked with the defensive line and was part of a staff that upset crosstown foe Miami and earned a bid to the Camellia Bowl.
From 2015-2019, Desire served as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Monroe College in New York, where he also worked as an academic advisor and placement coordinator. Desire also spent two years at Lock Haven where he worked as an assistant offensive line coach before moving over to coach the tight ends.
